Reservation Process:
One-month deposit is required to reserve a space based on availability. Your
deposit acts as your first month’s rent upon arrival. The deposit is non-
refundable if not cancelled 30 days prior to expected arrival.
Application for Residency:
An online residency application and criminal background check is required prior to
a
3 month or longer stay and for permanent residency.
The cost is $22.95 per applicant via online residency application and is
non-refundable.
